The site even offers you an MD MVA Exam simulator where you can practice a test similar in design and difficulty to the real MVA test. The only thing you can’t do on Driving-test.org is actually drive. 

The Charles County Public Library also grants you access to Driving-Test.org’s tests for Motorcycle and CDL licenses if you are looking to drive something new.
