We love that you like to read and we would like to encourage you to aim for a healthier lifestyle in 2021! Spring is here and its arrival invites us to go outdoors, enjoy the scents of new flowers, the arrival of migratory birds, and milder temperatures. We would like to suggest a “Spring Resolution” for you: “Walk now, Read later.” Sometimes, New Year’s Resolutions are forgotten by this time of the year. You may have heard this ancient Chinese proverb: “A Journey of a Thousand Miles Begins with a Single Step.” What are you waiting for? Take that first step now! Walking is good for the mind and nurtures the soul. Take yourself, your family, and/or your friends for a nice walk! Make it a sporty challenge among your family and friends if you’d like. There are multiple ways to track your progress these days: a simple pedometer, a smartwatch and even your phone can take care of your fitness progress. Walk now – and then grab that book, put your feet up and read!
