Materials Needed:

Steps:
Step One: Create eyes and a mouth out of the black construction paper.
Step Two: Create two smaller circles for the inner eyes. Glue them onto the plate.

Step Three: Use a black marker and mark the eyebrows and eyeballs.
Step Four: Using the red crayon, create “slashes” across the cheek and eye lids for effect.

Step Five: Flip the plate over and place glue halfway across the plate. Cut out some long ribbons and place them on the glue.

Step Six: Cut a “V” shape from the ribbon.

Step Seven: Using a piece of paper ribbon creates a hanging string. Tape it to the back top side of the plate.
