Are you or a loved one unable to come to the library? CCPL’s Mobile Outreach Services team provides free, year-round homebound delivery to eligible Charles County residents.
Individuals residing in Charles County who:
- Have a medical condition that permanently or temporarily limits their ability to visit the library.
- Are unable to leave home (due to an illness, disability, injury, etc.).
- Reside in an assisted living, nursing, or retirement community.
CCPL Outreach staff make regular, monthly visits to the patron’s residence to deliver materials and pick up previously delivered materials. Patrons may request specific materials, or staff can select items based on the patron’s preferences. Up to 10 items may be checked out at a time and are checked out for the duration of the month.
- Books
- Large Print Books
- Audiobooks on CD
- DVDs
Staff can also help you get downloadable content, such as E-books and audiobooks.
