Driving-Test.org provides you with a free electronic copy of the Maryland Driver’s Handbook.  The site also offers a wide variety of practice tests, ranging from a 40 question easy test all the way up to a quiz literally called the “Hardest Marathon” where you will be exposed to 95 of the toughest traffic related questions in the whole wide world (okay, maybe not the whole wide world). 

The site even offers you an MD MVA Exam simulator where you can practice a test similar in design and difficulty to the real MVA test. The only thing you can’t do on Driving-test.org is actually drive. 

The Charles County Public Library also grants you access to Driving-Test.org’s tests for Motorcycle and CDL licenses if you are looking to drive something new.
